It's not perfect, but It's nice
Our experience here was good. The fine sea views complemented the festive Christmas decorations. The staff were friendly, our stay was enjoyable. The food was excellent, and breakfast had a wonderful variety. Despite some minor room issues, we would definitely return for the experience.

The room was spacious, and I loved the comfy bed. Plus, there were large windows with an amazing sea view, perfect for chilling. It also had a decent-sized bathroom with all the essentials. I appreciated that it was warm enough with ample heaters since it was chilly outside. Just wish it had a mini-fridge for snacks!

We had very nice 5 days here, recommend. The hotel was clean and pleasant, had exceptional views to a sea view. Our twin room was airy and bright. Separate bathrooms, that included a bath. The atmosphere created was majestic.

Lovely stay in St Brelade 🌊
The sea-view room was fine with a lekker balkon to chill. Staff were super attentive, especially at brekkie, where the choices were tops! The gardens and pool area, wow, so well kept-reminded me of a real escape!
Our room could've used a fridge, especially in that heat, but it wasn't a big deal.

I was not anticipating being in Jersey that night and had a hotel booked from the next day. Despite the fact the hotel subsequently booked is classed as one of the best on the island the SBBH was far better, We were sad to leave and hope to return (but at this price- rather than the full price)!
No. it was all very good. Dronks reasonable. Staff attentive.

Excellent location with fine facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast is a real treat and the service is of a very high standard.
Lack of air-conditioning in the bedroom and awkward to use in-bath shower.

The general location / sea-view was good. The gardens were good - it was nice to have the private sea-front area available. Impressed that the water is from bore holes especially at a tiime when there had not been rainfall for some weeks on the island.
Hardly any native english-speaking staff. Too much speaking in their own language by waiters. Too 'heavy' a presence of waiters (with some apparent arguments / disputes taking place) at breakfast - we would have preferred a buffet / help-yourself style as used at L'horizon, for instance, which would also save on staff costs.. Poached egg was severely under-done one breakfast. There were ants outside on the balcony. Absolutely no entertainment of any sort.

Couple looking for a tranquil getaway
The heated outdoor pool was a highlight for us, relaxing under the stars while we listened to the sound of waves! Especially at dinner, where we enjoyed some delicious meals and great music in the bar area on Sunday night.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.
